Cues are clear and precise, and the class is very engaging. Really good presentation of modifications and variations. This class alternates between work with heavy weights (squats, lunges) and deep stretches. Now that I’m in my mid-50s, I didn’t feel that sequencing worked well for me. I can completely understand that sequencing could feel wonderful for someone else. I’d be curious to hear what others think
Thank you, Shantani, that was a fabulous lower body class! As a rock climber, my lower half is a bit neglected so this felt so good. I really appreciated the clear cueing and the options/modifications you gave. I'll be coming back to this class for sure.

That was a tough one! I'm 57 and do Pilates daily but this certainly took me out of my comfort zone! I almost quit midway but you did a fantastic job convincing me otherwise and I made it to the end! Thanks a lot Shantani :))
