I have been a Pilates anytime member for almost 2 years and I love this platform! I just finished Shantani strength and mobility class and found it different but amazing. I enjoyed alternating weights with mobility exercises, very nice for my shoulders.
Thank you so much for this classes! As a long time more “classical” Pilates instructor, I have to admit I have always had an aversion gym style weights. Your class has helped me get over it! You have a lovely teaching style!
WOW. I loved this class! Deliberate and responsible. (I don't like real quick movements in weight classes.) And this felt so good! I need to incorporate strength training free weights due into my exercize program as I have osteopenia. I'll be taking more of Shantani's classes here! Thank you --
