I loved everything about this class! I very much appreciate your acknowledgement of teaching to different proportions. As an instructor it's so important to be aware of, and also very important as a participant to understand. I am on the taller side and find that some ques/directions/recommendations do not work for my body and I need to modify accordingly. I also love that you pointed out the "realness" that happens as we practice! Not every move is perfect and that's ok/real! Thank you!!
