Thank you Meredith, I LOVE your workouts This was a very creative and great one. good way to feel the exercise differently. Is that the whole point of combining the two and springing from both ends? I felt like it really worked stability and control and will definitely slow you down. Leg Circles were so hard. I felt like a bobble head,lol!
Hello from Australia, and thank you Meredith! This was the most amazingly different and floaty class, and the first time for me to utilize trapeze set up at home. Such an amazing way to work out my arms and do back extensions. This will be on high rotation. Loved it thank you.
