Love this! Legs, back and arms so often get neglected in traditional mat pilates, so I love classse when you get that in. Thanks for a great and fun class!
As a person who has mainly spent the past 30 years using weights as my primary source for muscle conditioning, I was blown away by how challenging this was for me. While I have done a few resistance band workouts they always included weights or endless repetitions but somehow Dane has managed to keep the repetitions down while turning the heat up in the muscles in this short program. Thank you, Dane for sharing your obvious creative talent & sense of humor with this platform so people like me can continue to find new ways to challenge themselves in the name of improving their health and wellbeing.
