Ray Awesome to hear you are keeping it consistent!!!  Oh those Rond de Jambe en Lairs are always a challenge, but the discs help make it satisfying to do with the floor point of contact, and then you can always do some side-lying if you want that en Lair fantasy!  Thanks for the support and sharing your experience in the comments, glad you are getting some new sliders for this!  (paper plates are a great substitute until the new ones arrive, nothing worst than rubbish sliders!)

Great class! I've really enjoyed the combination of sliders and dumbbells. I really like your optimism and sense of humour!
This class was funtastic along with being a GREAT workout!  Using the disks really worked the body especially the core.  More Slider work, PLEASE, Dane!
