I appreciate the cuing but this was not at all dynamic or athletic. It was watching someone at her private session. So much talking without doing, long transitions; I barely got my heart rate to change from resting. For 50mins we did only 5-6 exercises. The rest was stretching. Very sleepsville. Not challenging or mentally stimulating for me at least.
I am disheartened to see some of the comments are unkind. You both have a lovely rapport. I always learn something from every single session I do. Thank you for making the time and effort to bring your best.
This is an awesome class Ed, I was able to do only 3 of the side over with rotation on the box, those are super hard; and for me it was a little bit scary to do the variation of the step down forward, I've realized I need more of these!Thank you
