oh my gosh!!! My hips and my thoracic spine feel Soooooo energized and hydrated. Yummy work, I love it, thirsty for this type of work. Esp. loved the thoracic twist with the short box on the floor, kneeling on the box and shoulder on the carriage. Also esp. loved the side kick version using the short box.
