Andrea Speir is a fitness expert and entrepreneur known for her innovative approach to health and wellness. With a background in classical Pilates and functional training, she has built a reputation for creating effective and engaging workout programs that cater to a variety of fitness levels and goals. Andrea's mission is making Pilates and fitness more accessible and inclusive through an emphasis on community and creating a supportive environment for both clients and her internal teams at her Southern California studio; Speir Pilates.
Read More Andrea co-founded Speir Pilates in 2015, with multiple group class studios throughout southern California and additional expansion on the horizon. She also created Speir On Demand in 2016, a virtual platform with 500+ athletic mat and reformer workouts and a rapidly growing community of users. Along with her own signature streaming platform, Andrea developed, created, and shot workout series for Daily Burn, Beach Body, and 272 gym locations across Europe with Cyberobics.

Being on camera is nothing new to Andrea, as she's been the featured trainer and expert on Top Model, The Doctors, The Kris Jenner Show, Access Hollywood, KTLA, Hallmark Home and Family, and The Insider. She has also graced the cover of Pilate Style Magazine, Yoga Journal, The Pilates Journal, and Women's Health Magazine, who named her one of the top fitness instructors in the country.

As a passionate advocate for education, Andrea founded The Speir Movement in 2017, offering nationally recognized Pilates certification programs and workshops. The company's sponsorship program fully funds training for talented individuals from underserved communities, reflecting Andrea's commitment to diversifying and expanding Pilates accessibility. Recognizing the industry's need for high-quality education, Andrea has invested in a dedicated educational studio opening in Los Angeles in 2024, demonstrating her ongoing dedication to advancing the field.
