Wow. I feel both energized and calm at the same time after that workout. I hope you do too. So I'm going to encourage you to sprinkle in this idea of breathing and moving throughout your day, the rest of today and tomorrow, and hopefully for the rest of your life. But let's really infuse the power of [inaudible] breath into everyday activities. Can you think about the hundred breath, which is inhale for five, exhale for five and 10 breaths.
Try to think about it at least once an hour and breathe and focus mostly on your breath. Maybe something else too, but see what happens. See if you feel calm or if you feel energized. I'm sure something will happen. In addition to that, I want you to do some version of a moving meditation, maybe a a calming walk where you focus on your breath. Maybe if you're running or hiking, you're thinking about that breath and trying to elongate both the inhale and the exhale. Thanks so much for playing with me.
