If you're watching this video, then you've already taken the first step in committing to the 10 day challenge. I'm so excited for you to join me and here are a few tips that will help you get the most out of this experience. Number one, you need a month. That's it. You don't need any extra props for this challenge, so just show up and we'll do it together. Tip number two, commitment. I suggest that you find some time in your schedule and commit to it so that you'll really complete the challenge whether you decide to do the challenge every day, every other day, or even just two to three times per week. Make a commitment, put it on your schedule, and let's do it together.

Tip number three, along with making the commitment timewise, I suggest making a commitment to yourself to make sure that you get rid of all the distractions in your life for just those little 20 minute classes that you do with me. The classes aren't very long, so just turn off your phone, close the door so your pets. Don't come in and give yourself that time so that you can fully commit to this challenge, mind, body, and spirit. Tip number four, be patient. Some of these exercises are hard. It is a challenge after all, so please be sure to take care of your body. I give a lot of progressions throughout the workout, so make sure that if you need to reel the exercise in and back off a little bit, you can even take a rest in child's pose or bro, hug your knees into your chest. Make sure you take care of your body. Just because you don't do one or two exercises in the class doesn't mean you haven't done the class. Just meet me on the mat.

Show up and we'll do it together. Lastly, have fun. There's probably going to be a few moments where you might bust into laughter because some of the exercises are so extreme and so wild, but just have a good time with it. Don't let yourself get frustrated. Just have a great time. I promise. By the end of this 10 day challenge, you're going to feel great and you won't believe some of the things that your body is going to be able to do. I look forward to going through this with you. Let's get started.

Hi Carrie, I'm enjoying your classes very much! The 20 minute limit makes it hard to say I don't have time. Very much enjoying the varied focus of each class too and I am feeling stronger for sure. I love your tops, very flattering, can you share the brand. Thank you for all the effort you have put to create this series.  ~ Michele

Here I go, thank you Carrie for this great idea.  I am in!
Should this be done along with my regular reformer workout days?
Regina That’s a great idea! It could be done alone though.
