And my new program, "Key Connections" will help you understand the Pilates method and your own body just a little bit better. We'll dive into classes and tutorials that address the fun and fundamentals, and then we'll progress those to more complex movements. We will also have fun seeing how far we can go by inviting our movement and being patient with our movement, rather than just forcing it.
