Amy, honestly I just think I'm just really focusing on your words (cueing) then my body seems to be responding better! It's like a light goes on in my head and then my body responds differently...better! I am so appreciative to Pilates Anytime. I've been doing Pilates for years and every class I do I learn something new. I wake up every morning and look forward to working out with all of you wonderful teachers! Thank you! 💛
