I am a fan of the rowing exercise to be incorporated in the mat work. I also loved how you incorporated a version of flying like an eagle. You have such beautiful leg circles Diane!
I loved the opportunities offered for stretch and release in between some of the exercises. I really appreciated the balance between giving the participants a moment of stretch with keeping the flow and momentum of class. Not too much time spent in these moments, but not too little. I feel like this can really help students stay engaged in the class while feeling good.
I love this class as it is truly streamlined and teaches basic pilates movements our bodies are already familiar with. I take this class quite frequently to get myself grounded! Perfect way to start the day!
So much strength and power in this video! I enjoyed the flow of the class and I feel ready for my day! Wonderful use of breath throughout each exercise.
The pacing of this class was great! I was able to feel my core and be stretched in only 30 minutes! It is perfect for busy days where I still want to fit in a quick mat class.
