I need to feel strong again.  I need to strengthen my core to protect my back and my mental health.  Pilates makes me feel graceful, beautiful and strong.  It is hard because I feel weak and injured right now.  But nothing has ever protected my back or my body as well as consistent pilates has.  Time to start again.

I am showing up for Pilates because it makes feel healthy and strong.

Rachel M. Something I love about the human body is its resilience. Even when we need to take a break from our Pilates practice (for whatever reason) our body remembers and responds to the work. With a consistent practice, I'm quite sure you'll regain your strength. Enjoy the journey!
