I need to feel strong again. I need to strengthen my core to protect my back and my mental health. Pilates makes me feel graceful, beautiful and strong. It is hard because I feel weak and injured right now. But nothing has ever protected my back or my body as well as consistent pilates has. Time to start again.
because I crave that inner strength, sense of being grounded in who I am, and for renewal of my vitality & creativity that grows stagnant without my practice.
