I wasn’t in the mood to have a long workout today because I was sore from my reformer class yesterday and I was feeling overtired and not super motivated and then I just took your class and your words alone without any of the movement we’re so inspiring and uplifting. I really enjoyed the class and I can’t wait to try the others in your series thank you.
