Loved the flow, the seamless transitions and your precise cuing. This class is really a 50 minute mindfullness and be present in your body expericence :) However, a little disapointed when the name of the class says full body, and it's mostly abs :( Wished there was more of arms, back and legs in the classes here at PA.
Manasa Kannan it is a variation aimed at lengthening the two sides of the spine individually...often the muscles in that area have different tightness patterns. Please let me know if that helps and if you have any other questions.
