Another great class! I have heard you cue in a couple classes about making the ASIS-ASIS-pubic bone triangle parallel to the ground. For me, I feel like I have to moderately force an arch to make that happen. I'm wondering if there is a way to tell if I am fighting a dysfunctional position that my body has gotten accustomed to, or if perhaps my pubic bone is just naturally higher up when I'm in a true neutral. I do find that after I have done a few reps of footwork, if I'm not thinking about it, my pubic bone will creep higher and my lower back will flatten.
