I’m coming back to pilates after a 3 year break. I was doing mostly advanced reformer Pilates when I stopped. This class was just what I needed to jog my Pilates brain back to life. I’ll be doing it all week! Thank you, Tom, for the subtle cues.

I consider myself to be intermediate, mostly, after 18 months of regular. However, as a hypermobile person, the guidance that Tom gives in this video are especially essential for me. I had an aha moment with the lunge and how to activate the stretch, while making it a smaller movement. This routine is quite lovely, relaxing and energizing!
