Especially thankful to be able to watch you teach again. About 12 years ago one of your VHS video's was my very first experience with Pilates, I remember how amazing it was to learn the side series, your electric blue leotard and those legs that just would not quit! Gorgeousness. You make it look so easy- really crafting the art of control. Pilates has changed my life, my heartfelt thanks Jennifer, for your quality instruction and for initiating my devoted practice of Pilates.

Ali ~ It probably wouldn't surprise you to hear that when Jennifer ended this class I burst into tears completely overwhelmed with gratitude for experiencing the gift of her teaching. The generosity of Jennifer's spirit combined with her skills as a teacher and healer takes Joseph Pilates' work to the level I believe he always intended for it to go.
