Read About This Teacher
Noelle Henson has dedicated her life to the study and practice of movement. Her journey with Pilates began in her adolescence, initially as a cross-training method to enhance her dancing. While earning a BFA in Dance Performance and a Minor in Education from UC Irvine, Noelle was reintroduced to Pilates, where she experienced firsthand the profound impact of the method. It was during her time at UC Irvine, taking her first Reformer session, that she truly discovered the transformative power of Pilates.
In 2015, Noelle earned her 450-hour Pilates certification through Diane Diefenderfer's Studio du Corps in Orange County, and became a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. As a teacher, she quickly became captivated by Pilates' ability to optimize movement for individuals of all backgrounds.
While continuing her career as a professional dancer in Southern California, Noelle also served as a Senior Instructor and Pilates Manager at Equinox for several years. During her time at Equinox, she expanded her fitness repertoire by exploring various movement and training modalities, including weight training, kettlebells, and more. These experiences enriched her teaching and personal fitness, allowing her to achieve feats she never thought possible. From 2019 to 2024, she worked in various roles at Pilates Anytime and Yoga Anytime while teaching privately. Throughout her career, Noelle has continually pursued advanced education, attending numerous workshops and lectures to refine her teaching and deepen her personal practice.
Specializing in hip and back injuries as well as working with athletes, Noelle's passion lies in empowering clients to discover their full physical potential through movement. Whether a client is new to exercise, recovering from an injury, or advancing in their practice, Noelle's extensive movement training ensures they receive the results they seek.
Now based in Orange County, Noelle offers private Pilates sessions both virtually and in person, guiding her clients to improved strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
